St. Volodymyr's Parish

The feastday of the Presentation of Our Lord falls on Wednesday 15 February. We have a tradition of attending Liturgy and getting a candle blessed which we take home for lighting during the year.

Blessing of the Presentation’s candles will take place in Queanbeyan on Wednesday, 15th February after Divine Liturgy at 10 am  and in Canberra — on Sunday 19th February 2012  after Divine Liturgy at 11 am. You can bring your own candle or purchase one in the church.
