… are you interested? A cooking class will be run in June for those interested in knowing how to make varenyky. Filling is yet to be decided on but could be: potato and cheese; potato and onion; cabbage, bacon and onion (new one). The class size will be limited to 6 people. The cost will be $15 which will include tea and coffee as well as lunch (varenyky of course). If the June class goes ahead another could be planned for 6 weeks later, ie in July. Upcoming classes could include: cabbage rolls, borsch, potato cakes (platskis) and poppyseed rolls.
