A big thank you to everyone who worked together over the past four months to knit scarves and beanies for the homeless in Ukraine.  Many thanks also to those who donated funds to post the parcel filled with these warm and beautifully-made products to Ukraine. The parcel is now on its way and should be there for Christmas.  If you’re interested in joining us, our next project is knitting toys for Christmas.  The toy project will commence on October 6.  If you’d like to come and join us we meet weekly on Saturdays from noon until 2pm in the church hall.  Knitters of all abilities are welcome!  If you can’t knit and would like to learn we will happily teach you.
