We would like invite you and your family and friends to the Feastday of our parish and St. Volodymyr’s church. This feast has special significance, because we are commemorating the thirty year anniversary of the blessing of the cornerstone and twenty years since the blessing of St. Volodymyr’s church. The Feastday will be held on July 28-29, 2012 AD. On Saturday, July 28 at 9 am will be Divine Liturgy and Parastas for all the deceased of our parish; at 5 pm will be Great Vespers with Lytia and Blessing of the church’s icon of St. Volodymyr. On Sunday, July 29 Hierarchal Divine Liturgy celebrated by Bishop Peter (Stasiuk) will be at 10 am. After Liturgy the Renewal of Baptismal vows and Minor Blessing of water will be conducted. Then at 1 pm, there will be a Festive Lunch at Ainslie Football & Social Club (52 Wakefield Avenue, Ainslie). Ticket for the Lunch: adult — $ 25, children — $ 12.
